☀️??❄️小兒四季湯水系列??虎乳靈芝桔梗海螺湯材料:馬來西亞虎乳靈芝(片)、原色桔梗、南非大海螺、雪耳、玉竹片、原色北沙蔘、龍王南杏、光中北杏、無花果建議備料:瘦肉/豬骨/鮮雞(約450g),薑片/陳皮(1角)✨此湯配搭變化多樣,可與鱷魚肉(止咳化痰)、花膜(滋潤)、黨蔘(補氣)、川貝(益肺)、蛤蚧(強肺平喘) 或新鮮雪梨(潤燥)等強肺滋潤食材同煲。???煲法:(4-6 人份量)1)將瘦肉/豬骨/鮮雞洗淨余水備用:2) 把所有材料洗淨及用清水略浸30 分鐘;雪耳浸發後剪去雜質,螺片剪細片;3) 將所有材料與瘦肉及12碗清水一同放入煲內;4)大火煲滾後轉細火續煲2小時;5) 最後熄火加適量食鹽調味。(可省去)
